Pan fry is enough for this recipe…??
Because if we not cook properly like this maavu baby will get a dysentery ??…or can I bake this??
Hi Saranya,
The ingredients are dry roasted before powdering, so pan frying is fine. You can also find different sathumaavu recipes (which involves baking) from our website.
I gave this cutlet to ninth month baby he is getting diarrhea now.. sathu maavu powder as it is only na we should mix. Shouldnt we?
Hi Praveena,
Yes Sathumaavu Powder only needs to be added. Your baby’s tummy was not able to adjust to the ingredients and spices. It is usually best to give this recipe to 1 year old toddlers.
