Roasted Til Powder (gingelly or seasame seed) 10 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Store in dry and air tight container.
Nutritive value per 100 gms:
Protein 12 .28 g.
Iron 2 .87 mg.
Carotene 61 μg.
