Guava Puree for babies
1. Wash, rinse and peel the skin of guava fruit.
2. Cut it into four halves.
3. Deseed the guavas.
4. Chop into small pieces.
5. Cook with little amount of water for 3-5 minutes.
6. Let it cool.
7. Blend into a smooth puree.
This recipe is suitable for babies above 6 months. Guava contains small seeds that can be hard to digest for babies below 1 year. Therefore, remove the seeds when you make puree.
