Hi, You can make this smoothie with fresh curd which is not sour. Sour curd might cause discomfort in few kids.

    Hello,

I love this recipe. But Can you please tell me what is the difference between smoothie and milkshake. As I read some recipe were called as Smoothie which had only fruits and milk.

Also, Is it ok to mix curd and milk together and feed?

      Hi Dharmi,

Yes , smoothie is prepared with milk, yogurt, icecream and fruits, if you do not want to add milk, you can skip and add only curd.

      Cheers
