Every Mom has heard a lot about the nutritional benefits of green leafy vegetables like spinach, but what do you do when your toddler makes it a point to pick out every piece of green on his plate? Sometimes we’re sure our toddlers can beat Sherlock Holmes at finding the tiniest clue!
But we have a way to outsmart even the pickiest toddlers and get them to eat spinach and actually enjoy it! Presenting spinach fritters or spinach cutlets, depending upon what you’d like to call them. These are rich in protein, carbohydrates and loads of vitamins and minerals – making them great picks for a lunchbox or travel food!

Hi Yogita,
For 10 months old salt should not be added and spices has to be reduced and individual ingredients has to be introduced first. There are different recipes for 10 months old in this website dear. Can it be given to 7 month old baby?
If you have introduced all the ingredients separately, you can give to the baby. And do not add salt /garam masala etc according to the little one’s age. However there are many many recipes for 7 months old, do check food chart of this age on the site.
