Method:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine velvety hung curd with a drizzle of golden honey for a delightful and creamy blend.

Mix honey and curd in a bowl

2. Next, whisk the mixture until the honey seamlessly integrates with the hung curd, creating a smooth and luscious texture.

Whisk untill the honey mixes well with yogurt

3. Now line a tray with parchment paper. Then spoon out the honey flavored hung curd over it and spread evenly using the back of a spatula.

4. To finish, top it with sliced fruits and lightly press the fruits so they get embedded in the yogurt layer. Freeze the tray for 3-4 hours or overnight.

5. Take out the tray and let it rest at room temperature for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the frozen yogurt bark to slightly soften for a perfect serving consistency.

6. Tap the tray and loosen the sides using a knife. Remove the yogurt bark, break it into uneven pieces and serve!

My experience is that freezing the yogurt bark overnight has better results. Please ensure that this yogurt bark is consumed within 20 minutes after taking it out of the freezer to prevent melting. Store leftovers in the freezer itself. Homemade hung curd flavored with honey makes a great substitute for cream and sugar.ย  The fruits donโ€™t just add nutrition and taste, they also make this a very attractive snack!ย Perfect for the whole family to enjoy during the season of colors, Holi!
