Hi Hema,
I have used loads of ur recipes to grwat delight by my kiddo. Thanks a lot..
Tried the cookies. I used raw sugar instead of jaggery . My cookies turned out to be very chewy. When baked for little longer, it turned out hard as u had mentioned in the Note section. I had mashed the strawberry to a pulp which resulted in a sticky dough wherein i had to add 1-2 teaspoon of atta. Could that be the reason for chewy texture? Can u pls Help me out?

Hi Ayisha,
Glad to know that your kid has liked our recipes. Ayisha,Heart shaped strawberry cookies will have crisp edges but the centre would be chewy and excess of Wheat flour do lead to extra chewiness which may result in change in the texture of the cookies.
