Ingredients

  • Pearl millet [Kambu] – 1 cup
  • Foxtail Millet [Thinai]– 1 cup
  • Sorghum [Cholam] – 1 cup
  • Oats – 1/2 cup
  • Flax seeds – 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Heat a pan
  • Dry roast each ingredient separately
  • Grind them in a Jar
  • It can be stored for 3-4 months
  • How to make multi-millet porridge
  • Add 2 tbsp. of multi-millet porridge mix
  • Add 1 cup of water
  • Mix well without lumps
  • On medium, stir continuously till the porridge thickens.
  • Serve warm.
