Homemade Rice Crackers – Crispy & Healthy Snack for Kids

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice (white or brown), rinsed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 80ml  water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Soak the rinsed rice overnight (or 6+ hours). Drain well.
  • Blend soaked rice, oil, salt, and water into a smooth, thick batter.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Spread the batter thinly (1-2mm) on the tray. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake 25-30 mins until golden and crisp. Cool completely before breaking into pieces.
