Soak the rinsed rice overnight (or 6+ hours). Drain well.
Blend soaked rice, oil, salt, and water into a smooth, thick batter.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a tray with parchment paper.
Spread the batter thinly (1-2mm) on the tray. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake 25-30 mins until golden and crisp. Cool completely before breaking into pieces.
