To prepare jaggery water: Boil 200 ml water, add 2 tbsp Jaggery Powder, mix, sieve, and set aside.
In a pan, take 4-5 walnuts and roast it in ghee until it's brown, allow it to cool and blend until it's fine powder.
In the same pan, add 2 tsp ghee and roast 2 tbsp whole wheat flour until aromatic under the low flame.
Slowly add jaggery syrup, whisk to a lump-free mixture.
Add walnut powder, 200 ml water, and simmer until it's thickened. Add cardamom powder and stir it well.
