Rinse the Quinoa well in water.
Soak it for 10-15 minutes in water.
Drain the water fully and transfer the soaked quinoa to a sauce pan along with 1/2 cup of water. Heat the pan on medium to high flame
and allow the water to boil. Now simmer and cover cook until all the water is evaporated and the quinoa is well cooked. On cooking properly, Quinoa becomes transparent and a coiled tail can be seen protruding.
Allow the cooked quinoa to cool down completely before adding curd to it.
Serve immediately.
