Ingredients

  • Organic Quinoa - 1/4 cup
  • Curd - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Rinse the Quinoa well in water.
  • Soak it for 10-15 minutes in water.
  • Drain the water fully and transfer the soaked quinoa to a sauce pan along with 1/2 cup of water. Heat the pan on medium to high flame
  • and allow the water to boil. Now simmer and cover cook until all the water is evaporated and the quinoa is well cooked. On cooking properly, Quinoa becomes transparent and a coiled tail can be seen protruding.
  • Allow the cooked quinoa to cool down completely before adding curd to it.
  • Serve immediately.
