Lauki Halwa for Kids

Ingredients

  • Lauki/ Bottle gourd Grated - 1 cup
  • Coconut sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Dry fruits powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 Tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
  • Milk - 3/4 cup

Instructions

  • Heat Ghee in a pan.
  • Add grated Bottle gourd.
  • Saute for 8-10 Minutes in medium flame until raw smell goes off.
  • Add Milk and mix well.
  • Let it boil and stir for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Add dry fruit powder, coconut sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Let it thicken till desired consistency.
  • Yummy & healthy Lauki halwa is ready.
