Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweet corn (boiled and blended)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • ½ cup water (adjust as needed)
  • 1 tsp ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Mix boiled blended corn, chopped spinach, gram flour, whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
  • Heat a pan and grease it with ghee or oil.
  • Pour a ladle of batter and spread it gently.
  • Cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip and cook the other side until done.
  • Serve warm with homemade curd or chutney.
