Wash the sweet potatoes and steam in steamer or pressure cook them until they are soft.
Once cooked peel off sweet potatoes and mash it until it's smooth.
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of ragi powder to 1 cup of water or milk.
Stir in the powder so that it does not form lumps.
Add sweet potato puree, and any natural sweetener of your choice to it and stir it until it's well mixed.
If the porridge starts coming off from the sides of the pan in which it is cooked, it means that the porridge is well cooked.
Switch off the stove and add a teaspoon of ghee to it. Once it’s warm, it can be fed to the baby.
