Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp My Little Moppet Seeds Powder Mix
  • 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) (optional, for digestion)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp ghee or oil (for softness)
  • Water (as needed for kneading)
  • Ghee or butter (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  • Combine whole wheat flour, My Little Moppet Seeds Powder Mix, carom seeds, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Add ghee or oil and mix well.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a thin circle using a rolling pin, dusting with flour as needed.
  • Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat and place the rolled roti on it.
  • Cook one side until bubbles form, then flip and apply ghee or butter. Cook until golden spots appear on both sides.
