Add grated coconut, jaggery powder, rice flour and cardamom into a mixer.
Add little water and grind everything into a smooth paste.
Heat a pan and add ghee.
Pour the ground mixture into the pan.
Cook on low flame, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Keep cooking until the mixture thickens and reaches a soft halwa consistency.
Once it starts leaving the sides of the pan, switch off the flame.
Allow it to cool before serving.
