Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 4 cups Chilled water
  • Vanilla essence (optional) – a few drops

Instructions

  • Freeze the oats for 1 hour. Add the frozen oats and chilled water to a mixer jar.
  • Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
  • Strain through a muslin cloth or fine sieve.
  • Add a few drops of vanilla essence if desired and mix well.
  • Refrigerate and use within 3–4 days.
