Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Makhana (fox nut) powder
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Mixed chopped fruits (banana, chikoo, grapes, mango, apple, etc.)
  • 2 Almond
  • 2 Cashew
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
  • 2 strands Saffron

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add makhana powder, almond, cashew, cardamom powder, and saffron. Pour in the milk and mix well.
  • Pour in the milk and mix well. Let this mixture soak for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the soaked mixture to a blender. Blend into a smooth puree.
  • In a separate bowl, add finely chopped fruits.
  • Pour the blended puree over the fruits.
  • Mix gently to combine the flavors.
  • Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
