Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease small bun moulds with a little ghee.
Peel the banana and mash it well in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
Add the egg to the mashed banana and whisk well until combined. Add melted ghee or butter and mix well.
Add whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, and powdered jaggery or dates powder. Add milk little by little and mix to make a smooth, thick batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared bun moulds, filling them about ¾ full.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the buns are cooked and lightly golden.
Allow the buns to cool slightly before removing from the moulds.
