Cook the green peas until soft (steam or pressure cook for 2–3 whistles). Allow it to cool completely.
Transfer the cooked peas to a mixer jar. Add paneer and grind into a smooth paste without adding water.
Take whole wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the paste and start kneading.
Knead into a soft dough. Add water only if needed.
Cover and rest the dough for 10–15 minutes. Divide into small lemon-sized balls.
Roll into soft chapatis. Cook on a hot tawa, flipping both sides.
Apply ghee and serve warm.
