Dry roast the green gram on low flame until aromatic. Allow it to cool slightly and wash it well.
Add the roasted green gram, fresh coconut, nuts, cardamom, salt, and water to a mixer jar. Blend everything into a smooth mixture using a mixer.
Strain the mixture using a fine strainer or muslin cloth to get a smooth and creamy drink.
Add jaggery powder and mix well. Soak sabja seeds or chia seeds in water for about 10 to 15 minutes until they swell.
Chill the drink in the refrigerator or add ice cubes if preferred. Add the soaked sabja seeds or chia seeds before serving.
