Boiled chickpeas

Bread crumbs

Grated carrot

Jeera powder
Salt – a pinch
Oil – for shallow frying
Instructions
Mash chickpeas well in a bowl.
Add carrot, onion, bread crumbs, jeera powder, and salt. Mix to form a dough.
Shape into small cutlets.
Shallow fry on a tawa with little oil till golden.
Serve warm.
