Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiled chickpeas
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • ½ tsp Jeera powder
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Oil – for shallow frying

Instructions

  • Mash chickpeas well in a bowl.
  • Add carrot, onion, bread crumbs, jeera powder, and salt. Mix to form a dough.
  • Shape into small cutlets.
  • Shallow fry on a tawa with little oil till golden.
  • Serve warm.
