Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oats powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
  • Salt – a small pinch
  • Pepper powder – a tiny pinch
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  • Blend oats into a fine powder using a mixer.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg well.
  • Add powdered oats, chopped veggies, salt, and pepper. Mix into a smooth batter.
  • Heat a pan, grease lightly with oil.
  • Pour the mixture and spread like an omelette.
  • Cook on low flame till golden on both sides.
