Thoroughly wash 2-3 fresh amla, remove the seeds, and roughly chop the flesh.
Place the chopped amla, 10-12 fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon of honey (adjust to taste), and half a cup of chilled water into a blender.
Blend until a smooth puree is achieved.
For a smoother juice, especially for children who dislike pulp, strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing to extract all the juice.
Add the remaining half cup of chilled water to the strained or blended juice. Stir well.
Serve the juice chilled.
