Mash the banana until smooth and lump-free.
Add oats, wheat flour, cinnamon, jaggery powder and mix.
Add coconut oil and knead gently into a soft dough.
Fold in the choco chips.
Shape into small cookies and place on a greased baking tray.
Bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes until edges turn slightly golden.
Cool completely — cookies firm up as they cool.
