Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 3 tbsp Barley Flakes
  • 2 Cups Boiled milk/coconut milk
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tbsp Coco Powder Optional

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the apple into small cubes.
  • Add apple, dates, barley flakes, milk and cocoa powder in a mixer or grinding jar.
  • Blend well until it becomes smooth and frothy.
  • Transfer to a glass and add cinnamon powder as topping.
  • Yummy and healthy Apply barley smoothie is ready to serve chill.
