Take a pan and add a tablespoon of ghee and heat it.
To this add the whole wheat flour and roast well till flour becomes light golden brown and exudes strong and nice aroma.
Now add water to the flour and mix well without lumps. After 2-4 minutes add the jaggery powder and mix well.
Now, add the dry ginger powder and cook till it's semi solid consistency. For toddlers & adults: finally, add milk, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer it to a bowl and serve.
