Begin by slicing the ripe banana. Take a blender jar and blend the banana until it becomes smooth. Set it aside.
In a pan, heat the ghee and roast the whole wheat flour until it releases a pleasant aroma. Gradually add water and the blended banana mixture to the pan.
Stir the mixture thoroughly and cook for approximately 2 minutes.Note: For babies below 1 year old, include 2-3 tablespoons of breastmilk or formula milk. For older kids, use 2-3 tablespoons of cow's milk instead.
Finally, add the milk according to your child's age and preference (breastmilk/formula milk for babies below 1 year, cow's milk for older kids).
Mix it well, and your banana porridge is ready to serve.
