Wash/Rinse the rice and moong dal together in water and soak them for 30 minutes.
In a pan add the soaked rice, moong dal, chopped carrot and water in it.
Cook them for 5-10 minutes under the low-medium flame. Turn off the heat.
Open the lid and gently mash the mixture with a masher to make it smooth.
Carrot moong dal rice is ready to serve warm to your baby.
