  • 50 g Maize
  • 20 g Moong dal
  • 10 g Til (gingelly or sesameseed)

Instructions

  • Dry roast eachingredient separately.
  • Let it cool.
  • Grind the mixture.
  • Note: Sieve if you want a fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight container for 3-4 months.
