Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized carrot

Instructions

  • Sterilize all the utensils needed for making the Puree either using a Sterilizer or boiling them in hot water.
  • Clean the carrot with water and peel the skin.
  • Chop the carrot into small cubes.
  • Place the carrot cubes in a small bowl in cooker filled partially with water.
  • Allow one to 2 Whistles.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • The carrots will be very soft.
  • The steamed carrots can either be mashed or blended in a mixie
