Fruit and Nut Granola Bar

Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients
  • cup Oats
  • ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ cup almonds flaked
  • ¼ cup Dried dates
  • chopped¼ cup dried Raisins
  • Wet Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Grease and line a 7x11x2 inch cake tin with baking parchment.
  • Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Keep aside.
  • In a large bowl, add milk, oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat till the sugar is dissolved.
  • Fold in the dry ingredients and mix well to form a thick mixture
  • Spread it in the lined tin and level it.
  • baked in a pre heated oven at 180 c for 40 minutes.
  • Garnish with chocolate syrup, flaked almonds or chocolate chips.
  • Store in an air tight container for upto 10 days.
