Grease and line a 7x11x2 inch cake tin with baking parchment.
Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Keep aside.
In a large bowl, add milk, oil, sugar and vanilla. Beat till the sugar is dissolved.
Fold in the dry ingredients and mix well to form a thick mixture
Spread it in the lined tin and level it.
baked in a pre heated oven at 180 c for 40 minutes.
Garnish with chocolate syrup, flaked almonds or chocolate chips.
Store in an air tight container for upto 10 days.
