Ingredients

  • 3 cups 1/2-inch chunks of seedless watermelon the smaller the chunks, the easier it is to blend this watermelon smoothie
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into small pieces
  • If you want a cool smoothie, you can refrigerate the watermelon 2 hours prior.
  • Blend everything together and serve chill.

Notes

Instead of Honey you can also use maple syrup or dates syrup.
