Ingredients

  • Dosa batter
  • 1 cup finely chopped veggies - onions french beans, tomatoes, grated carrots etc.
  • Finely chopped coriander

Instructions

  • Mix all the vegetables and keep it separate from the coriander.
  • Heat the tawa and smear some ghee on it. When really hot, sprinkle some water on the tawa and add one scoop of dosa batter. Top with a handful of mixed vegetables and spread it in a circle like a regular dosa.
  • Sprinkle some ghee on top. When the bottom is well roasted, flip it and roast the other side.
