Ingredients

  • Aval [Poha Flattened rice] –3 tbsp.
  • Carrot- ¼ cup [finely grated]
  • Coconut Milk- 1 ½ cup
  • Dates powder – ¼ cup
  • Dry fruits powder – 1 tbsp.
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp.
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Instructions

  • Heat a pan, add ghee to it.
  • Add poha and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add grated carrot and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk little by little.
  • Mix well till the mixture thicken.
  • Add dates powder.
  • Add dry fruits powder.
  • And then add cardamom powder.
  • Stir well until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • Serve.
