Peel and deseed the pumpkin.
Chop into cubes.
Steam cook for 2-3 whistles.
Mash using a masher.
Pumpkin puree is ready.
Heat ghee in pan.
Add oats and saute.
Add water and let it cook.
Oats porridge is ready.
Add 2 table spoon of pureed pumpkin in the oats porridge and mix well.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and serve warm.
