Ingredients

  • Oats My Little Moppet store’s organic oats or natural oats of any authentic brand - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1tsp
  • Pumpkin – 1 piece
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • Peel and deseed the pumpkin.
  • Chop into cubes.
  • Steam cook for 2-3 whistles.
  • Mash using a masher.
  • Pumpkin puree is ready.
  • Heat ghee in pan.
  • Add oats and saute.
  • Add water and let it cook.
  • Oats porridge is ready.
  • Add 2 table spoon of pureed pumpkin in the oats porridge and mix well.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon and serve warm.
