Ingredients

  • Soya - 2 tbsp
  • Poha - 2 cups
  • Ajwain/ Omam - a pinch

Instructions

  • Dry roast each ingredient separately.
  • Let it cool.
  • Grind the mixture.
  • Note: Sieve if you want a fine powder.
  • Store it in an air tight container for 3-4 months.
  • How to make Instant soya poha porridge?
  • Add 2 tbsp of soya poha porridge powder in a bowl.
  • Add hot water to it.
  • Mix well without lumps.
  • Serve warm.
