Ingredients

  • Horsegram noodles – 1 pocket
  • Panner - 15 small cubes
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Onion - 1 small diced
  • Cabbage - 2 tbsp
  • Carrot 2 - tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Boil 180 grams of noodles in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain the water and let it cool.
  • Heat Butter in a pan.
  • Add paneer and stir fry till golden brown keep it aside.
  • Heat Butter in a pan.
  • Add garlic and saute.
  • Add onion and saute till golden brown.
  • Add chopped vegetables, and saute.
  • Let cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add tastemaker and mix well.
  • Add paneer.
  • Add cooked noodles and add tomato sauce.
  • Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
