Soak sago in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
In a large mixing bowl add soaked sago, rice flour, rava, curd and salt.
Mix well.
Add water if required to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Add all the chopped veggies and mix well.
Heat Dosa tawa.
Take one ladle of batter to make dosa.
Drizzle ghee/Oil and flip when golden brown until both sides are cooked well.
Serve with chutney of your choice.
