Masala Milk Recipe for Toddlers

Ingredients

  • Dry fruit powder - 2 teaspoon If you don't have dry fruit powder at home, you can make your own with almonds, pistachios, cashews, saffron, nutmeg and turmeric. Get the recipe here
  • Peppercorns - 2
  • Cardamom/Elaichi - 2
  • Fennel/Saunf seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  • Grind the peppercorns, cardamom and saunf seeds to a powder and add to the dry fruits powder. If you don't have the dry fruits powder, you can dry roast the ingredients and grind them finely.
  • To make the masala milk, dissolve 2-3 teaspoons of the masala mix in a glass of hot or chilled milk. Add sugar as required, stir and serve.
