  • 1 cup grated apple
  • 1 medium glass chilled milk
  • Sugar to taste


  • Into a mixer jar, add the grated apple and required amount of sugar. Grind it with little milk to make a smooth paste.
  • Add the remaining milk to the apple paste and blend to a milkshake consistency.
