Dry roast suji and keep aside.
In a pan add oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Now add coriander and saute.
Add suji,salt and black pepper powder.
Now add water and stir it continuously on low flame till you get a thick dough.
Keep it aside.
Grease a borosil dish and spread this dough in it evenly.
In a pan heat butter and oil.
Saute onions till light pink.
Add tomatoes and saute.
Add bellpeppers and corn.saute them well and all the seasonings.
Spread this filling on the suji base.
Add grated cheese on it.
Grill it in an oven till the cheese melts.
Garnish with basil leaves.
Serve hot.
