Grind onion and ginger together. You can also add a green chilly if you want to.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a dough as for a chapati. Keep the dough in the fridge for at least 15 minutes so that it becomes stiff and easy to roll.
Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a paratha of your desired shape.
Cook it with ghee on a tawa till both sides are cooked.
Serve with curd or any raita of your choice.
