Besan Paratha Recipe

  • Whole wheat dough
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp <g class="gr_ gr_256 gr-alert gr_spell ContextualSpelling" id="256" data-gr-id="256">carrom</g> seeds
  • 3-4 tsp oil
  • Ghee to cook the <g class="gr_ gr_258 gr-alert gr_spell ContextualSpelling" id="258" data-gr-id="258">parantha</g>


  • Mix all the ingredients except ghee and oil.
  • Knead a dough of this besan mixture with oil.do not add water.
  • Take a small portion of whole wheat dough.
  • Roll it into a chapati.
  • Use besan dough as filling.
  • And make parantha out if it.
  • Cook on a tawa with ghee.
  • Serve with butter or curd.
