Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • ½ tsp jeera powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee

Instructions

  • Cook short grained rice with water in a 1:2 ratio of rice to water. If you have cooked rice on hand, you can skip this step.
  • In a pan, melt the ghee.
  • Turn off the heat. Add the rice and jeera powder and stir well to combine.
  • Serve the ghee rice in a bowl.
