Ingredients

  • 2 boiled mashed potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • Red chilly powder optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder/multiReplace" id="302" data-gr-id="302">amchoor
  • 1/4 tsp dry pomegranate powder/anaar dana
  • Whole wheat dough
  • Ghee for cooking the parantha

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix potatoes, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, dry mango powder,dry pomegranate powder,red chilly powder,coriander leaves.
  • Take a portion of dough.
  • Roll it into chapati
  • Put the potato filling in it.
  • Cover it from all the sides.
  • Put boiled peas on it.
  • Roll it again into a parantha.
  • Cook the parantha on a hot multiReplace" id="303" data-gr-id="303">tawa with ghee.
  • Serve with curd or butter.
