Broccoli Spinach Puree for Babies

  • Chopped Carrot - 1 cup
  • Broccoli Florets - 1 cup
  • Chopped Spinach Leaves - 1 cup


  • Fill a pan with water.
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and place it in the pan. Make sure the water doesn't enter the vegetables.
  • Put the pan on the stove and close the lid.
  • Steam the vegetables till they are completely cooked and soft.
  • Let the cooked vegetables cool a little. Grind them to a puree.
  • Add a little cumin/jeera powder for taste. You can also add breast milk or formula to think it out.
