Banana Omelette Recipe For Toddlers

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Oil for pan frying the omelette

Instructions

  • Mash the banana with a fork if it is ripe enough. Mine was still a little firm, so I pulsed it in a blender.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk the banana with the egg yolk till well combined.
  • Season with black pepper powder
  • Heat a pan and drizzle a little oil on it. Pour half the batter on the pan.
  • Cover and cook on a low to medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
  • Flip the omelette carefully and cook the other side as well.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
