Add dates, desiccated coconut, chia seeds, raisins, cocoa powder and half the quantity of all the nuts and dry fruits into a food processor or grinder jar and pulse till well blended.
Now add muesli and oil and pulse again.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Add the pulsed mix and apply pressure with palms or back of ladle and flatten it.
Add the homemade chocolate syrup over it in a uniform layer.
Scatter the remaining nuts and dry fruit evenly over the chocolate layer.
Keep the loaf pan in a freezer for at least 30 minutes so that it firms up well.
Remove the brownie loaf from the pan and cut into desired shapes using a sharp knife. They last well for about a week in the refrigerator.
